Titanium and its alloys give immense specific strength, imparting properties such as corrosion fracture resistance, making them the right candidate for medical aerospace applications. There is a wide range of engineering applications that use titanium in variety forms. The cost these slightly higher comparison to other variants due problematic extraction molten process. To reduce costs, alloy products could be made by casting, isothermal forging, radial swaging, or powder metallurgy, although techniques require some kind finishing machining are difficult machine skinny chips leading small cutting tool-workpiece contact area. thermal conductivity too low stress produced large area, which results very high temperatures.
